Message to all Beezumph Track Participants
This event is held under Regulations below, issued by the Trident and Rocket Three Owners Club. You must read these in full before purchasing your tickets. You will also be required to sign an Indemnity Form at the Race Control Office when you present your driving licence (or ACU Racing Licence). Please print out and keep these Rules and Regulations pages.

I certify that all personal and machine details are correct. I understand that I must read and agree to be bound by the Regulations below. In consideration of this my entry, I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified the Trident and Rocket Three Owners Club, the owners or lessees of any land used for this practice day and their respective officials, servants, representatives or agents, other riders from and against all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to the person or property of myself or my mechanics or helpers (as the case may be) howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with my entry, or my taking part in this track day, and notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the said bodies, their officials/servants, representatives or agents.
I declare to the best of my belief that I possess the standard of competence and health necessary for an event of this type and that the machine(s) entered is/are suitable and roadworthy for the event having regard to the course and speeds that will be reached. I declare that I am over 17 years old. I HOLD A CURRENT FULL MOTORCYCLE LICENCE ISSUED BY THE DVLA or international equivalent OR AN ACU RACING LICENCE.
Driving Licence
You MUST bring your UK driving licence (or international equivalent) or an ACU Race Licence with you to Beezumph; No licence, no track time, there are no exceptions.
This is a TR3OC requirement of entry.
Note: ACU Race Licences are acceptable.
Check In & Briefing
Note there are changes to track rider check In and safety brief, which now has to be carried out Online. See link below
Cadwell Park MSV’s Check-in System
Once up and running you will be need to;
- Click on the link above to the Cadwell check in welcome page for our event.
- Enter your email address (unique to you).
- Complete the online check in form, not forgetting to click the ‘Check in button’ at foot of page. This completes the registration part.
The final stage is to view the safety brief which is not accessible until 24hrs before the first track day.
- Clink on the link again to the Cadwell check in page.
- Enter the same email used to check in previously.
- Select ‘Brief’, a video will start and takes approx. 10 minutes to complete.
This completes the final online stage.
**You will still need to produce your driving licence and track ticket to complete the ‘Signing In’ process on site. Once MSV have completed this they will issue you with a wrist band.

Noise Testing
All track bikes will be subject to noise testing by MSV staff. The limit will be set at 105dBA. Bikes that fail the limit will NOT be allowed on track, re-tests will be available throughout the day. Continuous monitoring will be in place all day, if it is considered that a bike has been altered since testing, you will be black flagged and re-tested. Further details will be printed in the programme.
This is a Circuit requirement, there are NO exceptions.
Note: MSV runs a no noise policy during the lunch break, therefore no engines are to be run during this time.
Clothing Requirements
All leathers must be either a one piece or two-piece suit with a joining zip all the way around the middle (a minimum of 3/4 of the way around). There should be no skin or undergarments visible when your arms are fully raised.
Neither textile clothing nor open face helmets are permitted.
Safety Checking
A full Safety Check List is printed in the event programme. Safety Checkers will be in the Pit Lane throughout the day, not just in the morning. Sump plugs and drain plugs will be checked, evidence of oil around the sump plug area will result in you missing that track session.
Tickets
Everyone attending Beezumph requires a Track Ticket, Rally Ticket or Day Ticket to attend our event, unless they are under 16.
Please Note
“Entry Level tickets” consists of two track sessions, one in the morning & one in the afternoon, each of 15mins duration. Both sessions are fully marshalled and no overtaking is permitted. They are ideal for persons never having ridden on a track before or those wanting a refresher or simply those who want a stress free ride round a race track
