Message to all Beezumph Track Participants

This event is held under the Regulations below, issued by the Trident and Rocket Three Owners Club. You must read these in full before purchasing your tickets. You will also be required to sign an Indemnity Form at the Race Control Office when you present your driving licence (or ACU Racing Licence). Please print out and keep these Rules and Regulations pages.

MOTORSPORT IS DANGEROUS AND PERSONS ATTENDING THE MEETING DO SO ENTIRELY AT THEIR OWN RISK. ANIMALS ARE NOT ADMITTED. CHILDREN UNDER 14 YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PIT LANE.

IT IS A CONDITION OF ADMISSION THAT ALL PERSONS HAVING ANY CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCTION AND/OR CONDUCT OF THE MEETING, THE OWNERS OF THE VEHICLES AND RIDERS OF THE VEHICLES ARE ABSOLVED FROM ALL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF ACCIDENTS CAUSING DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY (WHETHER FATAL OR OTHER-WISE) HOWEVER CAUSED TO SPECTATORS OR TICKET HOLDERS.

All applicants must read and understand the following important information:

Driving Licence

You MUST present your driving licence or an ACU Race Licence when signing on; No licence, no track time and NO REFUNDS there are NO  exceptions. This is a TR3OC/MSV requirement of entry.

Briefing

Track briefing will be in the Club House prior to track time.

Signing in

On site, there will be a short signing-in process. This is to check that you are registered and have completed the safety brief followed by your licence check, after which a coloured wristband will be issued to you.

No wristband, no track time. This is a TR3OC/MSV requirement of entry.

Noise Testing

All bikes going on the track will be subject to noise testing, with the exception of the bikes in the Historic Race Parade laps, these can run open pipes (by invite only). The limit is 105 dBA. Bikes that fail the limit will NOT be allowed on track; re-tests will be available throughout the day. Continuous track-side monitoring will be in place all day and if a bike is too noisy e.g., it has been altered since testing, you will be black flagged and re-tested. This is a Circuit requirement, there are NO exceptions.

Clothing Requirements

All leathers must be either a one-piece or two-piece suit with a joining zip all the way around the middle (a minimum of 3/4 of the way around). There should be no skin or undergarments visible when your arms are fully raised. Approved back protector armour is mandatory.

Neither textile clothing nor open-face/ flip-up helmets are permitted. Helmets must have passed the ACU approval and show the gold sticker.

Lever Guards

Front brake lever guards are mandatory for all post-1985 bikes.

Classic bikes pre-1985, Historic Race Parade bikes and Entry Level class will be exempt from front brake lever guards.

Tickets

Participation in Beezumph requires either a Track or Rally Ticket unless they are under 16.

Please Note

“Entry Level tickets” consist of two track sessions, one in the morning & one in the afternoon, each of 15 minutes duration. Both sessions are fully marshalled and no overtaking is permitted. They are ideal for persons never having ridden on a track before or those wanting a refresher or simply those who want a stress-free ride around a race track
